L.R. Fox knows that experience from the inside. Raised in the foster care system, he spent the years that followed building companies, backing frontier technologies, and forming a view of what children in those circumstances actually need. 

That thinking became Oasis Academy, a global initiative built on the premise that resilience without opportunity is only survival.
